The third module of the tactics and techniques of intervention training completed
Implementation of the third module of the specialized training -
Assisting in emergency situations that poses the threat to life in conditions of tactical actions, including cooperation with the Air Ambulance Service co-financed from the Norway grants in the frame of project -
Safety in Schengen area - strengthening capacity of Polish customs officers from Mazovia and West Pomerania regions in fight against cross-border and organized crime has been finalized.
The Project has been implemented by the Customs Chamber in Warsaw in partnership with the Customs Chamber in Szczecin.
Three modules were introduced in the frame of the tactics and techniques of intervention training, namely:
- applying means of direct coercion,
- terrorism related matters,
- premedical first aid.
The module was attended by a total of 244 customs officers of Customs Chamber in Warsaw and Customs Chamber in Szczecin.
The module included the premedical first aid that may prove useful for the customs officers during daily-basing tactical operations. As a part of training, the group of the customs officers learnt the procedures, rules of transport as well as they had the possibility to check in practice acquired theoretical knowledge using of the helicopter. Taking into consideration the scale of the conducted training, it is worth to underline its uniqueness.
